Abstract

Separasjonskolonne i mikrosystemteknologi for en gasskromatografi, omfattende et fiørste substiat og et andre substrat anordnet på det fiørste substrat, hvor det i minst ett substrat er dannet en reimestmktur som er tettet mot omgivelsene, en stasjonær fiase påfiørt på minst deler av reimestmkturen, et gassiimløp og et gassutløp fiorbundet med reimestmkturen. Separasjonskoloimer av denne type har det problem at den stasjonære fiase ikke hefter sikkert til reimestmkturen. Dette problem løses ifiølge oppfinnelsen med et klebemiddel som er anordnet minst delvis mellom veggen i reimestmkturen og den stasjonære fiase.
