Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en anordning for fordeling av varmt tilførselsprodukt inn i tilførselsproduktsiloene til en metallurgisk ovn. Anordningen innbefatter et innløpsrør for mottak av tilførselsproduktet fra utløpet fra et tidligere prosesstrinn. Et porsjoneringsrør er avpasset til innløpsrøret for fordeling av tilførselsproduktet vekselvis inn i tilførselsproduktsiloene gjennom tilførselsproduktbeholdere som er anordnet under innløpsrøret og tilførselsproduktrøret på omkretsen av en sirkel. Innløpsrøret og porsjoneringsrøret er anordnet for rotasjon i forhold til senteraksen til innløpsrøret, slik at tilførselsproduktet blir vekselvis ledet inn i hver tilførselsproduktbeholder. Porsjoneringsrøret er anordnet mellom et beskyttelsesskjold, som er isolert fra miljøet på en gasstett måte. Fordeleren for varmt tilførselsprodukt i henhold til oppfinnelsen er spesielt velegnet for tilførsel av homogent og frittstrømmende materiale, slik som forvarmet og forredusert ilmenit inn i tilførselsprodukt- og porsjoneringssiloene. Oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer en miljøsikker måte å tilføre det varme tilførselsproduktet på.
