Abstract
For å tilveiebringe en fremgangsmåte som kan gjennomføres med kjente bruddglassorterings- og detekteringsinnretninger hvor samtidig fordelene ved disse innretninger med hensyn til robusthet og utskiftbarhet bibeholdes, samtidig som det i forhold til de kjente metoder muliggjøres en høyere utblåsningsnøyaktighet er det foreslått at hver av de lyskilder (7) som sender ut lysstråler (14) er tilordnet posisjonsdata og ved tidspunktet for aktivitet for en lyskilde (7) dens posisjonsdata sammenknyttes med de intensitetsverdier som detekteres ved lysstrålen (14) treff til hver lyskilde (7) tilordnede fotocelle (18) og at disse sammenknyttede data i fellesskap med tidsdata for tidspunktet for detek teringen legges i et lager fortrinnsvis i styreenheten (10) og at disse sammenknytningsdata sammenholdes med ved et senere tidspunkt på identisk måte oppnådde sammenknytningsdata for å danne et todimensjonalt bilde av bruddglassmaterialstrømmen, som tjener som grunnlag for styringen av utblåsningsdysene (11) ved hjelp av styreenheten (10).
