Abstract

En tablett med flere lag omfatter et første lag formulert for umiddelbar frigjøring av angiotensin II-reseptorantagonisten telmisartan fra en oppløselig tablettmatriks, et andre lag formulert for umiddelbar frigjøring av angiotensinomdannende enzym-hemmeren ramipril, og eventuelt et diuretikum fra en desintegrerende tablettmatriks, og, eventuelt, et tredje lag formulert for umiddelbar frigjøring av et diuretikum som hydroklortiazid fra en hurtig desintegrerende tablettmatriks.
