Abstract

COMPRIMIDO DE MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um comprimido de múltiplas camadas compreende uma primeira camada formulada para liberação instantânea do antagonista de receptor de angiotensina II telmisartan a partir de uma comprimido matricial dissolvente, uma segunda camada formulada para liberação instantânea do inibidor da enzima de conversão de angiotensina ramipril e opcionalmente um diurético de uma comprimido matricial de desintegração, e opcionalmente, uma terceira camada formulada para liberação instantânea de um diurético como hidroclorotiazida a partir de uma comprimido matricial de desintegração rápida.
