Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår overflatelokaliserte polypeptider av Campylobakter jejuni og deres anvendelse ved vaksinasjon mot Campylobakter. Oppfinnelsen angår videre anvendelse til vaksinasjon av polynukleotider, ekspresjonsvektorer, rekombinante vira eller rekombinante celler som uttrykker disse overflatelokaliserte polypeptider. Videre angår oppfinnelsen anvendelse av antistoffer mot de overflatelokaliserte polypeptider for anti-Campylobakter terapi. Avslutningsvis er det beskrevet fremgangsmåter for deteksjon av Campylobakter og for å identifisere anti-Campylobakter midler gjennom de overflatelokaliserte polypeptider.
