På en enkel måte oppnås det herved et gulvsluk med en avløpskum med tilhørende monteringsfiens som lett kan tilpasses høyden på en eksisterende så vel som en nyetablert bygningsmembran, ettersom fiensen for montering til membranene kan forskyves vertikalt og utvendig av avløpskummen.
