Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer et brønnhullsspektrometer for å bestemme dogg- punkttrykk for å fastslå en tilknyttet optimal pumpehastighet under prøvetakning for å unngå utfelling av asfaltener i en formasjonsprøve. En prøve blir innhentet ved formasjonstrykk i et regulerbart volum. Trykket i det regulerbare volumet blir redusert. Innledningsvis opptrer formasjonsfluid- prøven som mørk og tillater mindre lysenergi å passere gjeimom en prøve som testes. Prøven som testes blir imidlertid lysere og tillater mer lysenergi å passere gjeimom prøven når trykket blir redusert og formasjonsfluidprøven blir tynnere eller mindre tett under det reduserte trykket. Ved doggpunkttrykket begynner imidlertid prøven å bli mørkere og tillater mindre lysenergi å passere gjennom den ettersom asfaltener begynner å felles ut av prøven. Doggpunktet er dermed det trykk hvor den høyeste lysenergien passerer gjennom prøven. Doggpunkttrykket blir innsatt i en ligning for å bestemme den optimale pumpehastigheten for en kjent mobilitet under prøvetakning for å unngå at trykket faller ned til doggpunkttrykket, for å unngå asfaltenutfelling eller dogg som dannes i prøven. Boblepunktet kan settes inn i en ligning for å bestemme den optimale pumpehastigheten for en kjent mobilitet, under prøvetakning for å unngå at trykket faller ned til boblepunkttrykket, for å unngå at det dannes bobler i prøven.
