Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse gjelder et apparat til å måle mengden av fluorescerende materiale i en væske. Apparatet omfatter et målekammer som har et målevindu gjennom hvilket et eksitasjonssignal sendes og fluorescerende lys detekteres, der målevinduet er én enkelt komponent som omfatter ett enkelt materiale og som har en kontinuerlig indre overflate lokalisert innenfor målekammeret gjennom hvilket både eksitasjonssignalet blir sendt og det fluorescerende lyset blir påvist. Apparatet inkluderer ytterligere en ultrasonisk omformer koblet til målekammeret og som har minst én kanal dannet deri, hvor den minst ene kanalen har en åpning mot nevnte målevindu hvori en lysleder er minst delvis innsatt i den minst ene kanalen, hvor lyslederen er anordnet enten til å levere eksitasjonssignalet inn i kammeret gjennom målevinduet eller anordnet til å bære fluorescerende lys fra kammeret.
