Abstract

Denne oppfinnelsen gjelder en fremgangsmåte for å behandle en olje ved å anvende et fluid i superkritisk tilstand.Mer spesifikt gjelder oppfinnelsen en fremgangsmåte for å raffinere en olje for å separere forurensninger fra den og for å gjenvinne en raffinert olje.Fremgangsmåten i henhold til. oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer behandling av både organiske oljer, biologiske oljer og mineraloljer og spesielt er den anvendbar for raffinering av petroleumsoljer og brukte motoroljer og bruker C0i superkritisk tilstand.: Fremgangsmåten i henhold til : oppfinnelsen omfatter hovedsakelig et , initielt trinn for å sette oljen i kontakt med. et fluid i superkritisk tilstand, for å. separere ut en lett fraksjon, en tung fraksjon og en mellomliggende majoritetsfraksjon; og deretter behandling av nevnte mellomliggende fraksjon i separasjons- og/eller reaksjonstrinn, hvor alle trinnene utføres i nærvær av nevnte fluid i superkritisk tilstand.
