Abstract

Et sammenfoldbart avstandsrør er til bruk mellom tilknyttede utstyrsdeler i generelt motvendende forhold. Avstandsrøret inkluderer et fleksibelt tette-element med et hovedlemege og et par flenstettinger anordnet ved endene av hovedlegemet. Flenstettingene forløper generelt på tvers av hovedlegemet, og er konfigurert for å kontakte innovervendende flenser til de tilknyttede gjenstandsdelene. Et par klemringer er konfigurert for å kontakte og samvirke med den respektive av flenstettingene for å komprimere flenstettingen mot flensen til dens respektive tilknyttede gjenstandsdel.
