Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveie- bringer nye forbindelser, nye prepa- rater, fremgangsmåter for deres anven- delse, og fremgangsmåter for deres fremstilling, hvor slike forbindelser er farmakologisk anvendbare inhibitorer for proteintyrosinfosfataser (PTPaser, PTP-er), slik som PTP1B, TC-PTP, CD45, SHP-1, SHP-2, PTPa, PTPS, PTPu, PTP5, PTPa, PTPq, PTP(3, PTPD1, PTPD2, PTPH1, PTP-MEG1, PTP-LAR og HePTP.
