Description
Transportkjede.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en transportkjede. for transport
av styrtegods, bestående av kjedeledd utfort 1 ett stykke og utstyrt med medbringere, hvilke ^kjedeledd i den ene ende har et gaffelformet hode og iden annen ende et rett hode, innrettet til å fores inn i det gaffelformede hode på det tilstotende kjedeledd, idet det gjennom det gaffelformede hode og det tilhorende rette hode er fort en lenkbolt for.hengselforbindelse mellom kjettingleddene.
Transportkjeder av denne art er tidligere kjent.. De har den mangel at lenkbolt-sikringene ligger utenfor kjedeleddene og er . dannet ved hjelp av- fjærringer som griper inn i spor eller ved hjelp av gjennomgående splinter.' Driften av slike kjente kjeder foregår normalt over de gaf f eldelte hoder-. En slik drift ..har imidlertid den ulempe at méd vending.av bevegelsesretningen synker ytelsesevnen for kjeden meget sterkt og på grunn av de meget dårlige inngrepsforhold mellom kjedehodet og kjedehjul blir det en betydelig relativ bevegelse samtidig som det opptrer hoye flatetrykk mellom de to deler, noe'som forer til sterk slitasje.. Ved kjente utforelser opptrer- dessuten den fordel at bevegelsen ikke er jevn over drivhjulene. Videre har de lenkbolt-sikringer som- det er henvist til ulemper ved at det blir stor slitasje, dårlig sikring på grunn av.liten spordybde, åpning av sikringen på grunn av fremmeddeler som klemmer seg inn mellom sikringen og kjedeleddet og fare for uhell ved revisjonsarbeider på grunn av splintene som stikker frem. Dessuten er de kjente lenkbolt-sikringer dyre i fremstilling da sporene- må dreies og de tilsvarende flater på kjed.en fortrinnsvis :må. være bearbeidet.-
Foreliggende oppfinnelse går ut på' å overvinne disse ulemper.
Det særegne ved kjedene i henhold til oppfinnelsen.består i at avrundede drivfremspring er anordnet i området for lenkboltene og. de dermed hengselforbundne hoder hvilke drivfremspring er utfort i ett med vedkommende kjedeledd- og. er innrettet for opptagelse av sikringer for lenkbolten.
Oppfinnelsen går videre ut på spesielle trekk ved kjedeledd-sikringen.
På vedfbyde tegninger er det vist to utforelsesf ormer..
Fig. 1 viser to kjedeforbindelser og de tilstotende ledd i en forste utforelsesform, delvis i snitt og delvis sett ovenfra.
Fig. 2 viser en driv- eller vende- stasjon'i mindre målestokk.
Fig. 3 viser et snitt gjennom en kjedeforbindelse i en annen utforelsesform.
I den forste utforelsesf orm-.'som: er vist i fi-g., 1 har k j.edeleddene en kjedelask 1 som i -den ene ende har to' gafféldelte hoder 5, 5' og i den annen ende et rett hode 10.
Videre er det på hvilket som helst sted på kjedelasken 1 anbragt kjente medbringersteg 11, 11'. På de gåffeldelte hoder 5, 5' er det festet avrundete drivf remspring 15, 15'.. Disse,-avrundete, fremspring 15, 15" er fortrinnsvis anordnet i nærheten av de boringer 17, 17' som opptar en lenkbolt 7. Drivfremspringene. 15» 15' tjener ikke bare til drift av kjeden men også til.å oppta boltsikringer,' f .eks... de såkalte spennstifter 8, 8' som er vist i det foreliggende eksempel, dvs.-fjærende■små ror som etter at lenkbbltene 7 er fort inn i boringene 17, 171 slås gjennom drivfremspringene 159 15'. De kjedeledd som er vist er fortrinnsvis stopt, hoe som imidlertid ikke er én nodvendig forutsetning.
Disse kjedeledd tillater folgende arbeidsmåte for transportkjeden og gir folgende fordeler.
Takket være medbringerstegene 11, 111 på kjedelaskerie 1 blir det gods som skal transporteres straks fort med. Drivfremspringene 15, 15' tillater et rent<:>inngrep i drivkjedehjulene 20, slik at relative bevegelser, slik som forekommer.ved kjente' kjeder, er praktisk talt utelukket og driften uten videre kan snus.. Denne fordel fremgår spesielt av fig. 2 hvor det kjedehjul 20 som har to tannkranser som sitter på akslen 22 og drivfremspringene 15,
15' på hodene .5, 5' på kjedeleddet griper inn i tannmellomrommene 25, 25' på kjedehjulet 20 som-en rullekjede. For medbringerstegene er det anordnet utsparinger 26. Videre er-drivfremspringene 15, 1'5' innrettet.til opptagelse av boltsikringer, idet'disse tjener som side-begrensninger for lenkboltene 7. Denne, sikrings-måte har vist seg meget."fordelaktig og sikker selv ved meget stor belastning..
I fig. 3 er det vist en kjedeforbindelse méd en annen Utforelsesform for boltsikringen... I et avrundet drivf remspring 15" er det i stedet for en sikrihgsstift 8, anordnet, en stopp-skulder 27 i den boring 17' som skal oppta lenkbolten 7. I det drivfremspring 15 som ligger like overfor dette er det derfor her bare vist en tverrboring 18 for opptagelse av en sikringsstif-t 8. Herved oppnås den fordel at bearbeidelsen blir billigere.
Det fremgår også.av.fig. 3 hvorledes stopp-skuldrene 35 som dannes av de egentlige gaffeldelte hoder 5 griper rundt de avrundete drivf remspring 1-5 og • at kjedeledd-kantene 2 er.;åvskrånet til alle sider. Stopp-skuldrene 35 sikrer i begge bevegelsesretninger for transportkjeden god sideforing ved kjedekantene 20 ved inn-
og ut- lop,_ noe som er av vesentlig betydning for at kjdetran-sportoren skal.arbeide feilfritt^ved min* mulig kraftforbruk. De avskrådde kjedeleddkanter 2 byr dessuten den fordel at d:et på slike ledd praktisk talt ikke kan feste seg noe material, slik at ekstra belastninger som skyldes slikt material' ikke forekommer. Avskrådde kjedeleddkanter med de fordeler de forer med seg kan infidlertid bare brukes når begrensningene for- drivfremspringene 15 er trukket litt tilbake overfor begrensningene av hodene 5.
Drivfremspringene 15> 15' trenger ikke ubetinget å være anbragt utenfor de gaffeldelte hoder 5, 5' men kan.ligge innenfor eller på de rette hoder 10.. Det er også mulig å bruke to typer kjede-lasker, nemlig en som har gaffeldelte hoder i begge ender og en som har rette.hoder i begge ender. Herunder blir fortrinnsvis de gaffeldelte hoder forsynt med utenforliggende avrundete driv<f> remspring. En slik. kjede vil ikke. ha noen- relative bevegelser ved inngrepet med kjedehjulet. Heller ikke er sikr ingsstiftene-ubetinget nodvendige idet det uten videre ligger nær å anrdne hvilke som helst andre passende sikringselementer slik at lenkboltene ikke rager frem utenfor de gaffeldelte hoder på transportkjeden. Ved fremstillingen av foreliggende kjede er det heller ikke ubetinget nodvendig å stope dem, enten den så måtte være i tempergods eller i sfæregods, idet det også er mulig å
senksmi dem på en eller annen måte.eller å sveise dem. Alt etter de medbringere som skal brukes, kan den ene eller annen fremstillings-måte tilpasses.
Claims (3)
1.. Transportk jede for transport av styrteg.ods , bestående av kjedeledd utfort-i ett stykke og utstyrt med medbringere, hvilke, kjedeledd i den ene ende har et gaffelformet hode og i den annen ende et rett hode, innrettet til å fores inn i'det gaffelformede hode på det tilstøtende kjedeledd,' idet det gjennom det gaffelformede hode og" det tilhorende rette .hode- er fort en lenkbolt for hengselforbindelse mellom kjettingleddene,
karakterisert ved at avrundede drivfremspring 0 5, 15' j 15") er anordnet i området for lenkboltene (7) og de dermedhengself<q>rbundne hoder (5, 5', 10) hvilke drivfremspring er utfort i ett med vedkommende kjedeledd (t).og er innrettet for opptagelse av sikringer for lenkbolten (7).
2. Transportkjede som angitt i krav 1 , karakterisert ved at det som lenkbolt-sikring er anordnet minst en stift (8).
3. Transportkjede som angitt i krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at lenkbolt-sikringen er anordnet utenfor lenkbolten (7). h. Transportkjede som angitt i krav 1, karakterisert ved at det ved overgangen fra avrundete drivfremspring (15) til hodet (5) er anordnet en anslags-flate (35).
