Description

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en målglver for glide- og slippbeskyttelsesanlegg til måling av omdreiningstallet for kjøretøyaksler med et til en hjulaksel anordnet kjegletannhjul som polhjul og en pulsgiver.
Det er kjent I praksis en målgiver ifølge ingressen til patentkravet, for skinnegående kjøretøyer ved hvilke det er festet et polhjul utformet som et sylindertannhjul ved frontsiden av en hjulaksel. En magnetisk pulsgiver er anordnet i aksellagerlokket, således at mellom dens måleflate og toppsirkelen av sylindertannhjulet oppstår en klaring på fra 0,5 til 1,2 mm. Hjulaksellageret er i dette tilfellet utformet som et rulleaksellager.
US-patent 3801845 og 4171495 viser begge kjegletannhjul som virker på samme måte som det ovenfor nevnte sylindertannhjul.
Slike målgivere kan ikke anvendes for kjøretøyer utrustet med pendellager, da pendelbevegelsen til polhjulene ;kan være
i
større enn avstanden mellom pulsgiveren og polhjulet, særlig ved pendelvinkler fra og til f.eks. ± 3°.
Oppfinnelsen som den er karakterisert i kravet, løser oppgaven av å skaffe en målgiver for bruk på pendellagre, ved hvilke de tillatte pendelbevegelser er negligerbare.
Fordelene som oppnås gjennom oppfinnelsen kan ses i det vesentlige deri at beskadigelse henholdsvis ødeleggelse av pulsgiveren er gjort unngåelig.
I det følgende blir oppfinnelsen nærmere forklart ved hjelp av kun en utførelsesmåte representert ved tegningen.
Den enkeltstående figur viser et snitt gjennom en del av et pendelrullelager i et skinnegående kjøretøy. Et aksellagerhus 1 rommer et pendelrullelager 2 med sentrum 11, med hvilke den ene del av en hjulaksel på sin side er dreibart opplagret. På frontsiden av hjulakselen 3 er det festet gjennom skruer 5 et kjeglehjul 4 med tenner 14 utformet som polhjul. I et aksellagerlokk 7 festet med. skruer 6 til aksellagerhuset 1 er det festet en magnetisk pulsgiver 8, således at en luftspalte A på eksempelvis 0,5 til 1,2 mm adskiller en måleflate 9 til pulsgiveren 8 fra toppsirkelflaten til kjeglehjulet 4 som i det videre benevnes som poloverflaten 10. Poloverflaten 10 blir tilnærmet omhyllet av en kulesoneoverflate, hvorved kulesenteret sammenfaller med senteret 11 til pendelrulle-lageret 2. Likeens er aksen 12 til pulsgiveren 8 rettet mot dette sentrum 11. En elektrisk kabel 13 forbinder pulsgiveren 8 med en her ikke nærmere angitt, i og for seg kjent glide-og rotasjonsbeskyttelsesanordning.
Med fordel kan innvirkningen av pendelbevegelsen helt elimineres, når tanntoppen av tannen 14 utformes ringformet til senteret 11. Videre kan kjeglehjulet istedet oppvise tenner av en annen polart, f.eks. ved hjelp av trykte kretser, hullskiver etc, hvorved i det minste tilnærmet kulesoneformede poloverflater opprettholdes.

  1. Målgiver for glide- og slippbeskyttelsesanlegg til måling av omdreiningstallet for kjøretøyaksler med et til en hjulaksel (3) anordnet kjeglehjul som polhjul og en pulsgiver (8), karakterisert ved at kjeglehjulets (4) poloverflate (10) i det minste tilnærmet danner en kulesone-overf late, hvor dens kulesenter sammenfaller med senteret (11) av et på hjulakselen (3) opplagret pendellager (2).
