Isolert beholder for flytende gjort gass.
Description
Anordning ved pakkemaskiner for innpakning av stangformede gjenstander, f. eks. ispinner.
Denne oppfinnelse angår en anordning
ved pakkemaskiner for innpakking av
stangformede gjenstander, f. eks. ispinner,
i båndformet, mykt innpakkingsmateriale
som er foldet til U-formet tverrsnitt og beveges intermitterende i en tilsvarende formet føringsrenne, og hvor den stangformede gjenstand innføres tilnærmelsesvis
loddrett på rennens bunn og deretter legges
ned i rennen ved hjelp av en styring.
Ved de forsøk som ligger til grunn for
oppfinnelsen, viste det seg at såfremt en
pakkemaskin er utformet på den nevnte
måtte, er der stor fare for at gjenstanden
etter å være innført i renne på den be-skrevne måte, glir ut til siden i rennen så
den ikke blir lagt ned på det ønskede sted.
Dette skyldes at gjenstanden slippes etter
å være innført i rennen og så skal legges
ned ved hjelp av den nevnte styring. Denne
kan imidlertid av hygieniske grunner ikke
gripe om og fastholde gjenstanden så en
positiv fastholdelse av denne under nedleggingen ikke kan finne sted.
Formålet med oppfinnelsen er å av-hjelpe denne ulempe, hvilket oppnås ifølge
oppfinnelsen ved at føringsrennens bunn
har en fordypning på det sted, hvor gjenstanden innføres. Derved oppnås at gjenstanden under innføringen vil skaffe en
lagringsfordypning i bunnen av det i tverrsnitt U-formede innpakningsmateriale så
gjenstanden ikke kan gli, selvom den ikke
ellers fastholdes positivt; gjenstanden kan
heller ikke gli under den etterfølgende nedlegningsbevegelse og derfor med sikkerhet vil bli lagt ned på det ønskede sted.
Oppfinnelsen skal forklares nærmere under henvisning til tegningen, hvor fig. 1 viser et snitt av en del av en pakkemaskin med en anordning ifølge oppfinnelsen, og fig. 2 samme sett ovenfra.
På tegningen betegner 1 et båndformet innpakkingsmateriale som er foldet til tilnærmelsevis U-formet tverrsnitt. Banen beveges på ikke nærmere vist måte intermitterende, i en likeledes i tverrsnitt U-formet føringsrenne 2 som har en fordypning 3 i bunnen.
Tegningen viser en gjenstand 4 i form av en ispinne som er innført i innpakkings-materialets 1 renne. Ispinnen 4 er vist i den stilling som den inntar umiddelbart etter å være sluppet ned av f. eks. en inn-føringsklemme 11 som slipper ispinnen 4 når denne inntar den på fig. 1 viste lodd-rette stilling. På tegningen er der også vist en ispinne 4a i den stilling, i hvilken den ved hjelp av klemmen 11 transporteres til det sted, hvor innføringen i rennen 2 skjer. Innføringen av ispinnen 4 skjer ved hjelp av en styring 5 som er rektangulær, sett ovenfra, se fig. 2. Det er innlysende at denne styring 5 skal ha et tverrsnitt som er større enn den største ispinne 4 som pakke-maskinen er beregnet for, da styringen 5 ellers ville komme i berøring med ispinnen 4 under innføringen, hvilket er uheldig av hygieniske grunner. Den store klaring be-virker imidlertid at ispinnen 4,når den slippes i den på fig. 1 viste stilling, vil velte, inntil dens pinne 6 hviler mot en av styringens sider. Denne lille veltebevegelse kan bevirke at ispinnens 4 nedadvendende spiss glir i forhold til innpakkingsmaterialet 1 så den glir ut til den siden og faller ut av styringen 5 og legger seg på mere eller mindre tilfeldig måte ned i bunnen av rannen 2. Dette er uhensiktsmessig, da ispinnen 4 derved får en ubestemt stilling så den kan komme i klemme under de etterfølgende operasjoner, under hvilke innpakkingsmaterialet 1 svøpes rundt ispinnen 4.
Som følge av fordypningens 3 tilstede-værelse vil spissen av ispinnen 4 imidlertid trykke en liten fordypning i bunnen av innpakkingsmaterialet 1 så spissens ten-dens til å gli ut til siden nedsettes og ispinnens 4 pinne 6 med sikkerhet vil bli stående lenet opp mot en av styringens 5 sider.
Styringen 5 er stivt anbrakt på en arm 7 som over en aksel 8 står i forbindelse med en ikke vist vippemekanisme. Etter at ir.pinnen 4 er ført inn gjennom styringen 5 og anbragt med spissen mot bunnen av det stillestående innpakkingsmateriale 1, svin-ges armen 7 over akselen 8, hvorved arme-nes ende vil beskrive en sirkelbue 9. Sam-tidig vil ispinnen 4 dreie seg om sin nedre ende, idet dens øvre ende tas med av styringen 5 og enden av pinnen således vil beskrive en sirkelbue 10. Det sted hvor de to sirkelbuer 9 og 10 skjærer hinannen, vil ispinnens 4 pinne 6 gå fri av styringens 5 underkant og falle ned på bunnen av rennen 2 styrt av en styreplate 11. Under den første del av bevegelsen vil ispinnen 4, uan-sett hvilken av styringens 5 sider dens pinne 6 hviler mot, bli veltet så pinnen 6 hviler mot innersiden av styringens side-vegg 5a. Følgelig vil nedleggingen av ispinnen 4 i rennen 2 skje på fullstendig styrt måte, selvom den ikke fastholdes positivt under denne bevegelse. Pakke-maskinen kan naturligvis også anvendes for andre stangformede gjenstander enn ispinner.

- Anordning ved pakkemaskiner for innpakking av stangformede gjenstander (4), f. eks. ispinner, i et båndformet, mykt innpakkingsmateriale (1) som er foldet til U-formet tverrsnitt og beveges intermitterende i en tilsvarende formet føringsrenne (2), og hvor gjenstanden (4) innføres tilnærmelsesvis loddrett på rennens (2) bunn og deretter legges ned i denne ved hjelp av en styring, karakterisert ved at føringsrennens (2) bunn har en fordypning f3) på det sted, hvor gjenstanden (4) inn-føres.
