Description

Fremgangsmåte for stopning av vernekanter av betong for veier.
Oppfinnelsen går ut på en fremgangsmåte for støpning av vernekanter av jernbetong for veier. Det er tidligere kjent å utføre sådanne vernekanter av betong. Dis-se tidligere kjente vernekanter har fortrinnsvis vært støpt på forhånd og trans-portert til bruksstedet. De kjente vernekanter av denne type har den mangel at de
lett forskyves av tele eller annen ytre på-virkning. De er dessuten arbeidskrevende
og faller forholdsvis kostbare.
Ved fremgangsmåte i henhold til fore-liggende oppfinnelse støpes en med armering forsynt vernekant på enkel og billig
måte på stedet. Man får en enkel og solid
vernekant utstyrt med vannavløp fra veien.
Oppfinnelsen er vist på hosføyde teg-ning hvor fig. 1 viser en del av en vernekant ferdigstøpt samt forskalling.

og forskallingsbord.

Fig. 4 viser lengdesnitt av vernekant
støpt på bølgeblikkplater.
Fig. 5 viser en modifikasjon av vernekantens utformning.
Ifølge oppfinnelsen anbringes fortrinnsvis på forhånd støpte stolper 2 av
armert betong i hull i passende avstand
langs veikanten og pakkes godt. En til vernekantens bredde svarende strimmel av
bølgeblikk eller av kraftpapir legges på
fin-sand fortrinnsvis formet i bølger på
veien mellom to stolper som vist på teg-ningen. Armeringstråder 6 forankres til
stolpenes armering og forspennes. Forskallingsbord anbringes langs ytterkanten av
de nedlagte bølgeblikk og holdes på plass
av klaver, hvoretter støpningen kan foregå.
Etter en passende tid fjernes formene og
sanden samt papir eller bølgeblikket 5 som
eventuelt anvendes på nytt. Herved frem-kommer avløpsåpningen for vannavløp.
9 i fig. 4 betegner hull for eventuelle
verneanordninger på toppen av vernekanten.
I fig. 2 betegner 1 stolpen, 2 forskalling og, i fig. 1 betegner 6 armeringstråd,
10 i fig. 3 viser en jernbolt til feste av stolpe til fjell. I fig. 4 betegner 5 papiret eller
bølgeblikk som dekker den midlertidige
sandfylling, 7 betegner den støpte betong
og 8 avløpsåpningen.
Fig. 5 viser som nevnt en enkel modifikasjon av vernekantens utformning uten
at dette endrer selve oppfinnelsen. Som
det sees blir det i ett med vernekanten
støpt en toppkant eller kam som tjener som
brystvern der hvor dette er ønskelig.

Claims (1)

  1. Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av
    vernekanter av jernbetong for veier, karakterisert ved at fortrinnsvis ferdigstøpte stolper av betong med passende mellomrom nedsenkes i veikanten; mellom stolpene legges en remse av kraftpapir eller bølge-blikk på en midlertidig fylling av finsand og med en bredde som svarer til vernekantens bredde; langsgående armeringstråder festes til stolpene og forspennes, hvoretter forskallingsbord anbringes langs bølgeblikkets ytterkanter og fastholdes ved klaver, for dannelse av en støpeform.
