Description
Kulespisspenn.
Oppfinnelsen angår en kulespisspenn hvor der i blekkbeholderen på blekkets overflate er anbragt et stempellignende legeme, som skal forhindre sammenblan-ding av blekk og luft og eventuelt utøve et visst trykk på blekket.
De tidligere kjente penner av denne type, hvor stempelet er tettpassende, har forskjellige ulemper. Således er det vanske-lig å oppnå den nødvendige tetthet mellom stempelet og beholderveggen for å forhindre at blekket under vedvarende trykkpåvirkning trenger forbi stemplet.
Hensikten med den foreliggende opp-finnelse er å skaffe en konstruksjon som ikke krever noen nøyaktig tilpasning mellom stempelet og beholderveggen, men som allikevel tåler konstant trykkpåvirkning uten at blekket kan trenge forbi. Dette oppnås under anvendelse av et stempellegeme, som består av et lag av et pastaaktig eller flytende stoff med en slik sammensetning at det ikke har tendens til å blande seg med blekket, hvis overflate det er anbragt på, idet det hovedsakelig karak-teristiske ved oppfinnelsen består i at blekket og det pastaaktige eller flytende stoff har tilnærmelsesvis den samme spesifikke vekt.
Det pastaaktige eller flytende stoff som er anbragt på blekkets overflate kan hensiktsmessig bestå av vaselin eller lig-nende mineralfettstoff.
Dersom det trykk som skal overføres til blekket gjennom det stempellignende
legeme, er annet enn et atmosfære- eller gasstrykk, kan der ifølge oppfinnelsen an-bringes et støttelegeme av et fast materiale i forbindelse med det pasta-aktige eller flytende stoff.
Oppfinnelsen vil i det følgende bli be-skrevet under henvisning til tegningen som viser en utførelsesform av en kulespisspenn ifølge oppfinnelsen i snitt.
I den viste utførelsesform betegner 1 kulen, som er anbragt i spissen 2, som er forbundet med beholderen 3 ved en kanal 4. Stempellegemet består av et lag 6 av et pastaaktig stoff, f. eks. vaselin, som er anbragt på overflaten av blekket 7, og et i - forbindelse med dette lag anbragt fast legeme 8, som tjener til støtte for laget 6 og overfører trykket til dette. Laget 6 er hensiktsmessig anbragt under støttelegemet 8 og danner i forbindelse med dette et abso-lutt tett stempellegeme som blekket 7 ikke kan passere, men som allikevel på grunn av konsistensen og smøreevnen hos stoffet i laget kan gli nesten friksjonsfritt gjennom beholderen 3. Tykkelsen av laget 6 velges slik at der fås sikkerhet for at der stadig er noe tilbake av laget når stempellegemet har nådd sin ytterstilling nærmest kulen, selv om en del av stoffet i laget 6 under stempellegemets vandring er avsatt på veggen av beholderen 3. Stoffet i laget 6 må ha en slik sammensetning at det ikke har tendens til å blande seg eller inngå kjemiske forbindelser med blekket 7, og det må helst være temperaturbestandig, så det i minst mulig grad forandrer sin viskositet under de temperaturvariasjoner pen-nen normalt kan bli utsatt for. Som et ek-sempel på et egnet temperaturbestandig
stoff, altså et stoff hvis viskositet bare i
liten grad forandres ved temperaturvariasjoner, kan nevnes mineralfett, som består
av mineralolje fortykket med metallsåpe,
f. eks. aluminiumstearat. Blekket 7 må ha
tilnærmelsesvis den samme spesifikke vekt
som stoffet 6, da dette i høy grad bidrar til
å forhindre at stoffet 6 synker ned i blekket 7.
Claims (2)
1. Kulespisspenn med et i blekkhol-deren forskyvbart stempellignende legeme
som helt eller delvis består av et på blekkets overflate anbragt lag av et flytende eller pastaaktig stoff av en slik sammensetning at det ikke har tendens til å blande seg med blekket, karakterisert ved at blekket og det flytende eller pastaaktige stoff har tilnærmelsesvis den samme spesifikke vekt.
2. Kulespisspenn ifølge påstand 1, karakterisert ved et i forbindelse med et flytende eller pastaaktig stoff an-, bragt støttlegeme av fast materiale.
