Description
Anordning for vanntett gjennomføring av rør, kabler og liknende i gulv, tak og vegger.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse omhand-ler en anordning for vanntett gjennom-føring, spesielt av rørledninger, i gulver, og
det karakteristiske ved oppfinnelsen består
i at røret omsluttes av en hylse av et elast-isk materiale, fortrinsvis gummi, som etter
å være tredd på røret innstøpes i gulvet
og i begge sine fremstikkende ender omsluttes av med flens forsynte endehylser,
fortrinsvis av metall.
Oppfinnelsen vil bli nærmere beskrevet
i forbindelse med tegningen.
Fig. 1 og 2 viser delvis snitt av gjen-nomføringen i to forskjellige utformninger
av gummihylsen.
Fig. 3, 4 og 5 viser detaljer av endehylsen. Fig. 6 viser den i fig. 2 viste spiralskårne
gummihylse under omvikling.
Røret 1 er tett omsluttet av en rør-formet gummihylse 2 som omtrent på
midten har en vulst 3 som skal hindre at
hylsen forskyves under rørets ekspansjon.
Rørets vulst er dannet ved at det i en jevn-tykk gummislange innpresses en stiv ring
4, hvis indre diameter er noe større enn
rørets ytre diameter. Herved oppnåes den
økonomiske fordel at hylsene kan lages av
sylindriske gummislanger fremstillet i
lange lengder, hvorfra det avkappes styk-ker som passer til lengden av den gummihylse som trenges til jobben.
For gjennemføring av røret blir det
stående igjen i støpen 7 et hull av passende
størrelse, og når røret 1 med hylsen 2 er
bragt på plass ifylles støpemassen 8. Hyl-sens 2 ender avskjæres i riktig høyde over
og under gulvet, og de splittete hylser 5
utvides og tres rundt røret 1, presses sammen igjen og plaseres over gummihylsens
ende. Flensene 12 på hylsen 5 kan festes
til gulvet, og mellom flensen og knaster 11 innføres den splittete ring 6, hvis ender låses sammen ved en tunge 7. Hylsen 5 og ringen 6 deltar ikke i selve tetningen av gjennemf øringen men danner en avslut-ning av hensyn til gulvpuss og rengjøring.
For at gummihylsen 2 skal kunne gli langs røret under monteringen er den innvendig belagt eller bestrøket med grafitt, talkum eller liknende, og dette bevirker og-så at røret kan gli i hylsen under rørets ekspansjon og kontraksjon ved temperatur-forandringer, mens vulsten 3 hindrer at hylsen forskyves i gulvet.
Fig. 2 viser en annen utførelse av gummihylsen 9 som er fremstillet ved at en sylindrisk gummislange er gjennem-skåret etter en skruelinje. Det således dan-nete bånd vikles fast omkring røret, og samme båndstørrelse kan brukes til rør av forskjellige diametre. Etter innstøpningen avskjæres båndet i passende høyde over og under gulvet, hvoretter endehylsen 5 og ringen 6 påsettes. Båndet kan ha et innvendig belegg 10 av asbest eller et annet egnet isolasjonsmateriale.
Ved gjennemskjæring av gummislan-gen etter en skruelinje vil slangen undergå en liten forlengelse slik at skjæreflåtene ikke ligger tett sammen. Dette kan mot-virkes, og det kan oppnåes et trykk mellem skjæref låtene ved å vikle om slangen som vist i fig. 6. Slangen er oppskåret med høyregj enger, som vist på høyre side av fig. 6. Ved å vikle om slangen ved å vri den i pilenes retning om midtaksene vil de nummererte kontaktflater 1 til 6 på høyre side av fig. 6 forskyves ved oppviklingen på venstre side, slik at f. eks. flaten 3 kommer til anlegg mot flaten 6, hvorved det oppstår en sammenpresning i slangens lengderet-hing. Den friksjon som derved oppstår
mellem flatene bidrar vesentliig til at slangen holder seg i stilling på røret etter at
den er vridd på plass under monteringen.
Omviklingen av slangen kan betegnes ved
at en slange som er oppskåret etter en
høyregjenget skruelinje etter omviklingen
blir venstregj enget.
Hylsen kan fremstilles av andre elast-iske materialer, som f. eks. plast.
Claims (7)
1. Anordning for vanntett gjennemføring av rør, kabler og liknende gjennem
gulv, tak og vegger, karakterisert ved en gummihylse som tetter rundt røret og som fortrinsvis har en større lengde enn gulvets tykkelse og er forsynt med en vulst som hindrer forskyvning av hylsen i gulvet.
2. Anordning som angitt i påstand 1, karakterisert ved at vulsten er dannet ved innføring av' en stiv ring i en jevn tykk gummislange.
3. Anordning som angitt i påstand 1,karakterisert ved at gummihylsen er dan
net ved at det rundt røret er vikiet ét gummibånd fremstillet av en gummislange ved skjæring av denne etter en skruelinje.
4. Anordning som angitt i påstandene 1 og 3, karakterisert ved at den skårne gummislange vikles om, slik at en høyre-gj enget slange etter omviklingen blir venstregj enget.
5. Anordning som angitt i påstandene 1 til 4, karakterisert ved at gummihylsen eller slangen har et innvendig belegg av grafitt, talkum eller liknende.
6. Anordning som angitt i påstandene 3 og 4, karakterisert ved at gummihylsen har et innvendig belegg av asbest eller et annet varmebestandig materiale.
7. Anordning som angitt i påstandene 1 til 6, karakterisert ved at gjennemførings-hylsene er fremstillet av andre materialer enn gummi, f. eks. plast eller andre elas-tiske materialer.
