Abstract

The laminated aluminium ceiling comprises a suspended structure, plugs with screw eyes being inserted in the existing ceiling, and to which hangers are attached. These support T-section strips, in which half-moon-shaped openings are stamped at regular intervals, the metal stamped out being used to form clips, in line with each other. The aluminium laminations, previously bent to the desired shape, are engaged in the clips by their Z-section edges, thus fitting closely against each other.
