Abstract

The system burns waste material in liquid, gaseous or pasty form, generating high-frequency vibration in a chamber. Combustion air is then introduced into the area excited by the vibration while the waste material is delivered into the chamber. An auxiliary fuel can also be fed into the chamber. After burning, the waste materials can be transferred to an after-burner furnace, where they are subjected to pulsating air jets in opposite direction. There can be a burner with a combustion air supply near a feed member with a recess in which a nozzle is mounted opposite an opening connected to a pressure source. The feed member has passages drilled through it leading to the recess from the waste material source.
