Abstract

The rotor are mounted on vertical shafts, having tines of V-shape when seen in side view, the free ends of the tines extending towards the axes of their respective rotors. The tines are of spring strip material (84) their upper ends being secured to a mounting (83) clear of the rotor axis (8). The tines can have bent portions by which they are secured to the mounting, these bent portions being situated outside the mounting. The widest side of the tine can extend in a tangental direction in relation to the rotor axis. There can be three tines on each rotor, so arranged in relation to each other as to form a spinning-top shape when seen from the side.
