Abstract

The pack is of the portable type formed from a plastic foil tube with a first transverse weld at one end and a carrying grip. A portion of the tube away from the first weld is folded over to provide two superimposed foil tube layers. These two layers are connected by a second transverse weld. The foil tube may have transverse welds at both ends on either side of the fold. A transverse slot may be provited in one wall of the foil tube at a point between an end weld and the second weld and adjacent to that second weld.
