Abstract

Hydraulic motor has an impeller (1) rotatably arranged in an enclosed housing (2) filled with liquid, an inlet line (3) and an outlet line (4) connected with the housing, and heating and cooling devices (11, 14) to cause the liquid to flow from the inlet, through the housing, towards the outlet. These heating devices (11) are arranged in the inlet line and cooling device (14) in the outlet line, and the devices are operated by solar energy. The housing may consist of a first part (5) concentric with an in sealing contact with the impeller blade tips, and a second part (6) whose wall is at a distance from the blade tips, the inlet being connected with the second part, whilst inlet and outlet are interconnected and communicate with atmosphere.
