Abstract

The helmet has one or more holes (2) through which a locking chain (7) can be passed, also used to lock up the bicycle etc., when left unattended. There can be two holes, opposite each other a d near the lower edges, and each fitted with a reinforcing eye. The locking chain or cable used can be long enough also to pass through the bicycle wheel spokes and allow the helmet to rest on the luggage bracket. The locking chains or cable (7) is secured with an integral locking system. Securing position as shown in drawing protects inside of helmet against rain.
