1377168 Preventing theft of prams J J HOWARTH and W B DAUBNEY 22 Nov 1971 [21 Aug 1970] 40291/70 Heading B7J [Also in Division F2] A lever 11 operable to release the spring applied brakes of a perambulator (see Division F2) may be locked in a position where the brakes are applied to prevent the brakes being released by an unauthorized person : a padlock 19 is utilized and the padlock 19 passes through holes in the lever 11 and a fitting 10 on the permabulator handle 15.
