Abstract
The present invention discloses a preparation method for a zein-degrading protease and an application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of molecular biology. The preparation method for a zein-degrading protease disclosed by the present invention successfully optimizes the gene sequence of a zein-degrading protease by using modern molecular technology, and constructs an expression vector pPlCZdA-ZDP that can express the zein-degrading protease in vitro outside yeast; and the zein-degrading protease can be prepared by using the vector and Pichia pastoris, thereby providing technical support for the application of the zein-degrading protease in production.
