Abstract
The present invention provides a waste bin with a scissor compactor, comprising a can and a barrel for waste, the barrel being arranged in the can; a scissor waste compactor is provided in the can, the scissor waste compactor comprising a compacting hammer, a scissor driving arm and a drive device; the scissor driving arm is arranged above the barrel longitudinally and up-down telescopically, and a upper end of the scissor driving arm is connected and secured to a top of an inner side of the can; the drive device is arranged on the top of the inner side of the can, and is in drive connection with the scissor driving arm; the compacting hammer is arranged at a lower end of the scissor driving arm. In this way, the waste in the barrel can be compacted.
Description
WASTE BIN WITH SCISSOR COMPACTOR TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention belongs to the technical field of waste bins, and in particular relates to a waste bin with a scissor compactor.
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
At present, commercially available waste bins generally have traditional barrels with very limited waste receiving capacity. Therefore, a waste bin with a waste compaction function is proposed, as described in granted Patent ZL201310031007.5, titled “SOLAR INTELLIGENT WASTE BIN”, filed on Jan. 28, 2013 by the same applicant. A waste compactor for such a waste bin has very complex structure and poor compaction and drive stability, and has a large volume and thus occupies a large space. As a result, the volume of the barrel in the waste bin for receiving waste is limited, and the waste processing capacity is significantly reduced.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
In order to solve the technical problem in the prior art, the present invention provides a waste bin with a scissor compactor which is capable of compacting waste in a barrel, and allowing for stable driving, good compaction, simplified structure, and saved space. Moreover, the volume of the barrel of such a waste bin may be further increased, and the waste processing capacity of the waste bin is improved. It is thus beneficial for promotion and application.
The present invention employs the following technical solution to solve the technical problem in the prior art: a waste bin with a scissor compactor is provided, including a can and a barrel for waste, the barrel being arranged in the can; a scissor waste compactor is provided in the can, the scissor waste compactor including a compacting hammer, a scissor driving arm and a drive device; wherein the scissor driving arm is arranged above the barrel longitudinally and up-down telescopically, and a upper end of the scissor driving arm is connected and secured to a top of an inner side of the can; the drive device is arranged on the top of the inner side of the can, and is in drive connection with the scissor driving arm; the compacting hammer is arranged at a lower end of the scissor driving arm, and moves downward into the barrel to compact the waste and moves upward to an initial position, as the scissor driving arm moves up-down telescopically.
Further, a linear sliding mechanism is provided on the top of the inner side of the can; one scissor arm of the scissor driving arm is secured on the can, and the other scissor arm is secured on the linear sliding mechanism; and the drive device drives a sliding portion of the linear sliding mechanism to linearly move back and forth, enabling the scissor driving arm to move up-down telescopically.
Further, the linear sliding mechanism includes a linear chute and a slide bar provided, spaced from and opposite to each other, on the top of the inner side of the can; both ends of the slide bar are clamped in the linear chute in such a manner of capable of sliding therein; and the other scissor arm of the scissor driving arm is flexibly connected to the slide bar.
Further, the linear sliding mechanism includes a linear chute and a slide plate provided on the top of the inner side of the can; the slide plate can be clamped in the linear chute in such a manner of capable of sliding back and forth therein; and the other scissor arm of the scissor driving arm is flexibly connected to the slide plate.
Further, the drive device includes a drive motor and a linear ball screw in drive connection with each other, the drive motor and the linear ball screw are both arranged on the top of the inner side of the can, and the linear ball screw is in transmission connection with the linear sliding mechanism.
Further, the drive device includes a drive motor and a worm gear in drive connection with each other, the drive motor and the worm gear are both arranged on the top of the inner side of the can, and the worm gear is in transmission connection with the linear sliding mechanism.
Further, the drive device is a telescopic hydraulic cylinder which is provided on the top of the inner side of the can, and a drive of which is in drive connection with the linear sliding mechanism.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects.
With the technical solution of the present invention, the waste in the barrel can be compacted. Furthermore, the use of a scissor driving structure allows for more stable driving, more obvious compaction, significantly simplified structure, and saved space. Moreover, the volume of the barrel may be significantly increased, and the waste processing capacity of the waste bin is improved. It is thus beneficial for promotion and application.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
In order to make objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clear, the present invention will be further described below in detail with reference to the accompany drawings by an embodiment. It should be understood that the specific embodiment described herein is merely to explain but not limit the present invention.
Reference is made to Fig. 1 to Fig. 3.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a waste bin with a scissor compactor, including a can 1 and a barrel 2 for waste, the barrel 2 being arranged in the can 1; and a scissor waste compactor 3 is provided in the can 1, the scissor waste compactor 3 including a compacting hammer 31, a scissor driving arm 32 and a drive device. The scissor driving arm 32 may be a double-scissor driving arm, which is arranged above the barrel 2 longitudinally and up-down telescopically, and a upper end of the scissor driving arm 32 is connected and secured to a top of an inner side of the can 1; the drive device is arranged on the top of the inner side of the can 1, and is in drive connection with the scissor driving arm 32. The waste bin may have the following specific structure: a linear sliding mechanism is provided on the top of the inner side of the can 1, one scissor arm of the scissor driving arm 32 is secured on the can 1, and the other scissor arm is secured on the linear sliding mechanism; the drive device drives a sliding portion of the linear sliding mechanism to linearly move back and forth, enabling the scissor driving arm 32 to move up-down telescopically; wherein the drive device includes a drive motor 33 and a linear ball screw 34 in drive connection with each other, and the drive motor 33 and the linear ball screw 34 are both arranged on the top of the inner side of the can 1; and the linear sliding mechanism includes a linear chute 11 and a slide bar 12 provided, spaced from and opposite to each other, on the top of the inner side of the can 1; both ends of the slide bar 12 are clamped in the linear chute 11 in such a manner of capable of sliding therein; and the other scissor arm of the scissor driving arm 32 is flexibly connected to the slide bar (12); and the linear ball screw 34 is in transmission connection with the slide bar 12 of the linear sliding mechanism. The compacting hammer 31 is arranged at a lower end of the scissor driving arm 32, and moves downward into the barrel 2 to compact the waste and moves upward to an initial position, as the scissor driving arm 32 moves up-down telescopically.
When the waste bin of the present invention compacts waste, the drive device is started to drive the scissor driving arm 32 to move up-down telescopically, enabling the compacting hammer 31 to move downward into the barrel 2 to compact waste and move upward to an initial position. Specifically, the drive motor 33 is started to drive the linear ball screw 34 first; and then, the linear ball screw 34 forces the slide bar 12 of the linear sliding mechanism to slide, enabling the other scissor arm of the scissor driving arm 32 to move toward and get close to the one scissor arm, so that the scissor driving arm 32 extends downward to enable the compacting hammer 31 to move downward into the barrel 2 to compact waste. On the contrary, the drive motor 33 is rotated inversely, so that the linear ball screw 34 drives the slide bar 12 of the linear sliding mechanism to slide inversely, enabling the other scissor arm of the scissor driving arm 32 to move and keeps away from the one scissor arm, and now the scissor driving arm 32 shrinks upward, enabling the compacting hammer 31 to move upward to an initial position.
In this way, the waste bin of the present invention may compact waste in the barrel 2 through the scissor waste compactor. Furthermore, the use of a scissor driving structure allows for more stable driving, more obvious compaction, significantly simplified structure, and saved space. Moreover, the volume of the barrel 2 may be significantly increased, and the waste processing capacity of the waste bin is improved. It is thus beneficial for promotion and application.
Of course, the drive device may include a drive motor and a worm gear in drive connection with each other. The drive motor and the worm gear are both arranged on the top of the inner side of the can 1, and the worm gear is in transmission connection with the linear sliding mechanism; or, the drive device may be a telescopic hydraulic cylinder which is provided on the top of the inner side of the can 1, and a drive of which is in drive connection with the linear sliding mechanism. The linear sliding mechanism also may be a linear chute and a slide plate arranged on the top of the inner side of the can 1, the slide plate can be clamped in the linear chute in such a manner of capable of sliding back and forth therein, and the other scissor arm of the scissor driving arm 32 is flexibly connected to the slide plate.

The invention can be described as follows: A waste bin with a scissor compactor, comprising a can (1) and a barrel (2) for waste, the barrel (2) being arranged in the can (1); characterized in that a scissor waste compactor (3) is provided in the can (1), the scissor waste compactor (3) comprising a compacting hammer (31), a scissor driving arm (32) and a drive device, wherein the scissor driving arm (32) is arranged above the barrel (2) longitudinally and up-down telescopically, and a upper end of the scissor driving arm (32) is connected and secured to a top of an inner side of the can (1); the drive device is arranged on the top of the inner side of the can (1), and is in drive connection with the scissor driving arm (32); the compacting hammer (31) is arranged at a lower end of the scissor driving arm (32), and moves downward into the barrel (2) to compact the waste and moves upward to an initial position, as the scissor driving arm (32) moves up-down telescopically
One or more of the following additional preferred features can be part of preferred embodiments of the invention, alone or in any combination of features: a linear sliding mechanism is provided on the top of the inner side of the can (1); one scissor arm of the scissor driving arm (32) is secured on the can (1), and the other scissor arm is secured on the linear sliding mechanism; and the drive device drives a sliding portion of the linear sliding mechanism to linearly move back and forth, enabling the scissor driving arm (32) to move up-down telescopically; the linear sliding mechanism comprises a linear chute (11) and a slide bar (12) provided, spaced from and opposite to each other, on the top of the inner side of the can (1); both ends of the slide bar (12) are clamped in the linear chute (11) in such a manner of capable of sliding therein; and the other scissor arm of the scissor driving arm (32) is flexibly connected to the slide bar (12); the linear sliding mechanism comprises a linear chute and a slide plate provided on the top of the inner side of the can (1); the slide plate can be clamped in the linear chute in such a manner of capable of sliding back and forth therein; and the other scissor arm of the scissor driving arm (32) is flexibly connected to the slide plate; the drive device comprises a drive motor (33) and a linear ball screw (34) in drive connection with each other, the drive motor (33) and the linear ball screw (34) are both arranged on the top of the inner side of the can (1), and the linear ball screw (34) is in transmission connection with the linear sliding mechanism; the drive device comprises a drive motor and a worm gear in drive connection with each other, the drive motor and the worm gear are both arranged on the top of the inner side of the can (1), and the worm gear is in transmission connection with the linear sliding mechanism; the drive device is a telescopic hydraulic cylinder which is provided on the top of the inner side of the can (1), and a drive of which is in drive connection with the linear sliding mechanism; the scissor driving arm (32) is a double-scissor driving arm.
