Claims (15)

1. Werkwijze voor het vormen van een biocompatibel membraan omvattende de stappen van het verschaffen van een waterige samenstelling omvattende (i) water, en optionele co-oplosmiddelen, waarbij de co-oplosmiddelen zijn gekozen uit glycerol, en alcoholen, zoals ethanol en methanol, (ii) (a) een anionogeen bio-afbreekbaar polymeer en/of een synthetisch zuur polymeer, waarbij het polymeer in staat is tot het vormen van een gel in contact met polyvalente kationen onder omgevingsomstandigheden, waarbij het polymeer opgelost is in de vloeistof, en/of (ii) (b) één of meer van een in water oplosbare cyclische en enkelketenig silicaat (Si02+n2n') , zoals silicaat (Si032~) , en orthosilicaat (Si044‘) , pyrosilicaat (Si2076~) , zoals een monovalent kation daarvan, en bestanddelen die een silicaat vormen zoals Si032' in water, waarbij het silicaat in staat is tot het vormen van een glasachtige structuur in contact met polyvalente kationen onder omgevingsomstandigheden, het aanbrengen van de samenstelling op een oppervlak, waarbij het oppervlak Fe kationen verschaft, het reageren van (ii) (a) bio-afbreekbare polymeer en/of (ii) (b) silicaat, en Fe kationen, waardoor een mem-braanlaag op het oppervlak wordt gevormd.
2. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 1, waarbij de samenstelling omvat (iii) plaatvormige nanodeeltjes, waarbij de nanodeel-tjes zijn gesuspendeerd in de vloeistof hetzij als zodanig of in delen daarvan.
3. Werkwijze volgens één der voorgaande conclusies, waarbij in de samenstelling een hoeveelheid (gew.%) van het polymeer en/of silicaat groter is dan een hoeveelheid nano-deeltjes.
4. Werkwijze volgens een der voorgaande conclusies, waarbij (iia,b) het polymeer en/of silicaat aanwezig is/zijn in een hoeveelheid van 1-50 gew.%, gebaseerd op het totale gewicht van de samenstelling, bij voorkeur 2-30 gew.%, liever 5-20 gew.%, zoals 10-15 gew.%, en/of waarbij het polymeer één of meer is van een anionogene polysaccharide, zoals alginaat, polyvinylalcohol, poly(meth)acrylamide, zuur polymeer, polystyreensulfonaat, poly(meth)acryl-zuur, zure biopolymeren, pectine, carrageen, gelatine, een synthetisch zuur polymeer, waarbij het polymeer één of meer van fosfaat-, sulfaat- en carbonzuurgroep, en eiwitten kan omvatten, en/of ' ' waarbij verdere polyvalente kationen worden verschaft, zoals één of meer van calcium, koper, strontium, kobalt, zink, magnesium, mangaan, molybdeen, nikkel, chroom, titanium, vanadium, en niobium, bij voorkeur niet-toxische kationen, zoals calcium, en magnesium, bij voorkeur calcium.
5. Werkwijze volgens één der voorgaande conclusies, waarbij (iii) de nanodeeltjes één of meer van een natuurlijke of kunstmatige klei zijn, waarbij de klei bij voorkeur een eenwaardig kation klei is, omvattende één of meer van H+, Na+, K+, Li+, zoals een TOT klei (of 2:1 klei), zoals kaolienklei, zoals kaoliniet, dickiet, halloysiet en nacriet, een smectiet klei, zoals bentoniet, montmorilloniet, nontroniet en sapo-niet, een illiet klei, een chloriet klei, een silicaat mineraal, zoals mica, zoals biotiet, lepidoliet, muscoviet, flogo-piet, zinnwaldiet, clintoniet, en allofaan, en plaatjesvormige polymeren, en/of waarbij de nanodeeltjes aanwezig zijn in een hoeveelheid van 0,01-12 gew.%, bij voorkeur 0,1-10 gew.%, liever 0,5-5 gew.%, zoals 1-3 gew. %, gebaseerd op totaal gewicht van de samenstelling.
6. Werkwijze volgens één der voorgaande conclusies, waarbij het oppervlak is voorbehandeld en/of voorgevormd.
7. Werkwijze volgens één der voorgaande conclusies, waarbij het oppervlak één of meer van staal, roestvrij staal, ijzer, ijzerlegering, gietstaal, en combinaties daarvan is.
8. Werkwijze volgens één der voorgaande conclusies, waarbij het polymeer Na-alginaat is, bij voorkeur, een niet voor voedsel geschikt alginaat, zoals verkregen uit een afval-materiaal behandelingssysteem, zoals een slib, en waarbij de klei Na-montmorilloniet is, en/of waarbij de samenstelling wordt aangebracht in een hoeveelheid van 1-1000 ml/m2, zoals 100-500 ml/m2.
9. Werkwijze volgens één der voorgaande conclusies, waarbij de samenstelling ten minste eenmaal toegepast wordt door één of meer van. sproeien, borstelen, verstuiven, en gieten.
10. Werkwijze voor het beschermen van een oppervlak tegen afbraak door het uitvoeren van een werkwijze volgens één der voorgaande conclusies, zoals waarbij het oppervlak wordt, beschermd tegen een of meer vah drogen, oxidatie, zoals corrosie, verwering, vervuiling en dehydrateren.
11. Stijve bekleding omvattende Fe kationen, water, eventueel plaatjesvormige nanodeeltjes, en één of meer van een in water oplosbare cyclisch en enkelketenig silicaat omvat, verkrijgbaar met een werkwijze volgens één der conclusies 1-10 .
12. Flexibele bekleding omvattende Fe kationen, water, eventueel plaatjesvormige nanodeeltjes, en bio-afbreek-bare polymeren omvat, verkrijgbaar met een werkwijze volgens één der conclusies 1-10.
13. Zelfherstellende flexibele polymere coating volgens conclusie 12, waarbij de bekleding wordt aangebracht in een omgeving omvattende algen.
14. Eén of meer van staal, roestvrij staal,.ijzer, ijzerlegering, gietstaal, omvattende een waterdichte flexibele polymere coating volgens conclusie 12 of 13, bij voorkeur een bekleding met een dikte van 5-500 μτη, liever een dikte van 10-250 μιη, zoals een dikte van 50-100 μπι.
15. Toepassing van een flexibel polymeer coating volgens conclusie 12 voor de bescherming van staal, roestvrij staal, ijzer, ijzerlegering of gietstaal, tegen afbraak.
