Abstract

A feeding device for an electronic component comprises a conveying unit (5), a positioning unit (7), and a driving unit (8). The conveying unit (5) includes a base body (51), a turntable (52) disposed on the base body (51) to drive the electronic component to move, and a carrier tape (53) detachably disposed on the base body (51) for receive the electronic component in the turntable (52). The positioning unit (7) is disposed at intervals with respect to the conveying unit (5), and includes a carrying base (71) on the base body (51), two fixing pieces (72) disposed at intervals on the carrying base (71), and an electromagnet (73) disposed between the two fixing pieces (72). The driving unit (8) includes a power source (81) electrically connected to the electromagnet (73), and a controller (82) for controlling the power source (81) to actuate. The controller (82) can control the power source (81) to turn on the electromagnet (73) to adsorb the electronic component. Figure 4
