Abstract
Disclosed are a multi-process flue gas purification system and a control method therefor, comprising: providing a centralized desorption subsystem (200) in a sintering process to form an integrated structure with a sintering process adsorption subsystem, and enabling active carbon circulated between the centralized desorption subsystem (200) and the sintering process subsystem to complete circulation via a conveyor chain, without the need for additional conveying devices, so that the influence of the transportation process on system operation is reduced while transportation resources are saved. The centralized desorption subsystem (200) of the invention comprises a material distributing apparatus (212); the activated active carbon is distributed to the sintering process adsorption subsystem using a first material distributing device (2121), and the flow rate of active carbon in the centralized desorption subsystem (200) is balanced with that of the sintering process adsorption subsystem and the rest adsorption subsystems. By setting working parameters of a feeding apparatus (202), a discharging apparatus (203) and the material distributing apparatus (212) of the centralized desorption subsystem (200), accurate control on a balanced relation between the centralized desorption subsystem (200) and the adsorption subsystems is realized on the side of the centralized desorption subsystem (200).
