Abstract

The invention relates to chemical and pharmaceutical industry and, in particular, to a method for producing a stabilized pharmaceutical composition presented as an aqueous solution that may be used to obtain an intravenous drug containing succinic acid, nicotinamide, inosine and riboflavin mononucleotide as the active ingredients and possessing cytoprotective properties. In accordance with the invention, the composition is supplemented by one or several of the pharmaceutically acceptable components as the stabilizing agent to be selected from the group including sodium hydroxide, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (TRIS), ethanolamine, diethanolamine, sodium carbonate, meglumine, up to a stable solution with pH from 6.0 to 8.0, the components? ratio,%wt, and the solution is subjected to additional thermal sterilization at 100?? with exposure time of 8 minutes to 116?? with exposure time of 2 minutes.
