Abstract
An aluminum alloy foil contains Si: 0.1 mass% or more and 0.6 mass% or less, Fe: 0.2 mass% or more and 1.0 mass% or less, and the balance being Al and unavoidable impurities as chemical components. The aluminum alloy foil has a foil thickness of 20 ?rn or less, an area ratio of subgrain having a crystal grain size of 2 ?rn or less of 40% or more when a crystal grain boundary is specified such that an orientation difference between adjacent crystal orientation measurement points is 5? ? 0.2? , a tensile strength of 210 MPa or more, and a specific resistance of 0.45 ?{2-cm or more and 0.7 ?Q-cm or less measured in liquid nitrogen.
