Abstract

THE INVENTION RELATES TO A METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ALIGNING A CRANE FOR THE PURPOSE OF FASTENING THE ENDS. THE METHOD UTILIZES LIGHT-CONSTRUCTION GUIDE PLATES (5) ON TOP OF CONNECTING PLATES (2) OF A CASING (1). THE GUIDE PLATE OF ONE END OF THE CASING COMPRISES A DIRECTIONAL BINOCULAR (6) AND THE GUIDE PLATE OF THE OTHER END OF THE CASING COMPRISES AT A CORRESPONDING POINT A TARGET PLATE (7). THE GUIDE PLATES ARE ALIGNED BY ROTATING THEM IN THE HORIZONAL PLANE UNTIL THE VERTICAL LINE OF THE BINOCULAR GRID AND THE VERTICAL LINE OF THE TARGET PLATE ARE ALIGNED ON THE SAME VERTICAL LINE. THE GUIDE PLATES ARE THEN FASTENED IN PLACE AND THE MOUNTING HOLES OF THE ENDS ARE DRILLED IN THE CONNECTING PLATES UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE GUIDE HOLES OF THE GUIDE PLATES.(FIG. 2 AND 3)
