ACID AND ALKALINE IONIC SOLUTIONS Invention finds application in the field of disinfectants, antioxidants, medicines, vitamin and nutrient supplements, as well as in agriculture. BACKGROUND: Water has always been a wonderful material, the sustenance of life itself; abundant in the earth and essential in daily life. It is fundamental in the life of man both biologically and industrially. In animal and plant cells, water is an essential component. In our bodies there is an average of 70% water. Its importance is due to the fact that water, as the solvent of most of the components of living matter, acts as a reaction medium for the entire metabolism. Any dehydration causes the death of the individual, his lethargy or his total inactivity. In living beings we must distinguish three types of water: free water, which is the means of transport of substances, bound water, present by absorption and imbibition and the water of constitution integrated in the molecules.
The properties of drinking water are: Oxide potential / reduction between +400 to +500 mV. pH of 6.9 to 8.5. Dissolved chlorine 20 p.p.m. Dissolved oxygen 3 p.p.m.
It is particularly surprising that the water is liquid despite its very low molecular weight (M ^ IS g / mol.), While substances such as butane (M = 58 g / ml.) DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION. The ACID AND ALKALINE IONIC SOLUTION is a water obtained through an electrical treatment, by which the water, in its super aspect, has the following characteristics: a) An oxide / reduction potential of between +1000 to +1200 V, b) UnpH ntre 2 y 3. c) Dissolved chlorine content (CID) between 30 and 50 ppm, d) Dissolved oxygen (DO) content between 15 and 25 ppm
and in a lesser degree of oxidation it has: a) An oxide / reduction potential of between +700 to +1100 mV. b) A pH between 3 and 5. c) A content of dissolved chlorine (CID) between 20 and 30 p.p.m. d) A content of dissolved oxygen (DO) between 10 and 20 p.p.m.
on the other hand, in its super reduced aspect it has: a) A potential oxide / reduction of between -1000 to -750 mV. b) A pH between 10 and 12. c) A content of dissolved chlorine (CID) between 0.2 and 0.1 p.p.m. d) A content of dissolved oxygen (DO) between 4.1 and 4.5 p.p.m.
and in its least reduced aspect it has: a) A potential oxide / reduction of between -750 to -250 mV.

The IONIC SOLUTION of the invention is a water subjected to an electric treatment. The water obtained has a super-acid appearance and a super-reduced appearance. The analysis of the resonance reveals that drinking water is formed by clusters of 12 to 15 molecules of H2O. The electric treatment of water reduces these clusters to less than half of their normal size, that is, six molecules per cluster. The super reduced IONIC SOLUTION acts as a regenerator and has the ability to cleanse the organism from radicals, due to its high charge of electrons. Oxygen is essential to survive.
