Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricacion de tocho de aleacion de Fe-Cr segun la presente invencion, como la laminacion se lleva a cabo con superficie de alto regimen de reduccion de la lamina de acero recubierta con una capa de cascarillas de una gran relacion superficial de 70% o mas y sin aplicar el descascarillado, se puede reducir la indentacion e inclusion de las cascarillas. Por lo mismo, en caso de un tocho que se usa en la fabricacion de tubos de acero sin costura a partir de una lamina de acero de una aleacion de Fe-Cr, se puede reducir en gran medida el tratamiento superficial antes de la fabricacion de los tubos. Por lo que, cuando el tocho de aleacion de Fe-Cr es adoptado para la fabricacion de tubos de acero sin costura, aun cuando el tubo de acero de aleacion de Fe-Cr es duro para procesar, se puede fabricar a un costo bajo de fabricacion y de manera eficiente, siendo posible que el mismo puede sea aplicado ampliamente en el campo de la fabricacion en caliente de tubos de acero sin costura.
