Abstract
Se revela un proceso para formar una pieza de confeccion ventilada tridimensional de alta definicion. El proceso comprende formar una confeccion ventilada secada y luego moldear por compresion la confeccion para formar la pieza de alta definicion. El proceso permite la inclusion de un amplio indice de materiales en la confeccion ventilada secada moldeada. De preferencia, el proceso utiliza bombones deshidratados o merengue seco. Las piezas moldeadas retienen una excelente flotabilidad en liquidos como leche y mezclas de chocolate calientes. De preferencia las piezas moldeadas son incorporadas en cereales listos para comer, mezclas de chocolate calientes, refrigerios y otros productos alimenticios.
