Abstract
Un elemento de comunicaciones electrico que tiene aislamiento plastico de espuma extruido alrededor de un conductor con dicho aislamiento que comprende por lo menos un componente con no mas de aproximadamente el 20% en peso de un polimero de proporcion de aumento de volumen troquelado ultra alto (UHDSRP), preferentemente de aproximadamente el 15% en peso; el UHDSRP es definido como mayor de aproximadamente el 55% de proporcion de aumento de volumen troquelado y mas preferentemente mayor del 65% de proporcion de aumento de volumen troquelado; el aislamiento tambien comprende preferentemente por lo menos un segundo componente con un grado alto de resistencia a la fractura por esfuerzo, de tal manera que la combinacion (en forma minima) de estos polimeros con la produccion de una capa aislante que tiene una combinacion unica de propiedades fisicas produce un grado alto de espumado, estructura de celdas uniformes pequena, atenuacion inferior en forma caracteristica y resistencia a la fractura por esfuerzo con la capacidad de resistir mas de aproximadamente 100 horas a una temperatura de 100 degree C mientras que es embobinado a un nivel de esfuerzo de 1 vez el diametro exterior aislante sin falla (fractura).
