Abstract

Se describe una planta de vaciado de dos rodillos o de rodillo gemelo que comprende dos rodillos de vaciado (1, 2) que giran en direcciones opuestas alrededor de ejes horizontales, un espacio de vaciado para formar y descargar una tira metalica vaciada, delgada, un alojamiento sellado (13) que esta provisto con un fondo y delimita la trayectoria de transportacion de la tira metalica que abandona el espacio de vaciado, desde una direccion de vaciado vertical hacia una direccion de vaciado casi horizontal, los instalacions (11) para desviar la tira metalica dentro del alojamiento, y un receptaculo movible (25) para transportar las rebabas y las cascarillas de oxido lejos de la planta de vaciado de dos rodillos. Con el fin de reducir al minimo la infiltracion de aire secundario hacia el alojamiento que es inundado con un gas protector, el fondo (16) del alojamiento (13) forma una tolva de recoleccion (18) para las rebabas en al menos un area parcial de la misma, la tolva de recoleccion (18) es parte de un aparato de descarga (17), mientras que un receptaculo (25) de rebaba, movible es colocado en la posicion de recepcion por debajo del aparato de descarga.
