Abstract
Un mecanismo (135) configurado para interactuar con aire, que ese ha succionado a traves de un dispositivo (142) que imparte turbulencia al aire, causa una redistribucion de componentes (por ejemplo, oxigeno y nitrogeno) en el aire de manera que cuando el aire llega a una ubicacion en donde el oxigeno esta por consumirse, existe un suministro enriquecido de oxigeno disponible. Los efectos de una primer etapa de turbulencia del aire inducido se reduce, resultando en un suministro de densidad mas elevada al punto de atomizacion a la camara de combustion, en el caso de un motor de combustion interna.
