Abstract

La invencion se refiere a mecanismos gerotores para motores giradores que se bajan al fondo del agujero, para perforar pozos de petroleo y de gas, para hacer girar bombas para producir petroleo y para bombear fluidos, y para motores giratorios de propositos generales. Los perfiles de un rotor (3) y un estator (1) estan delineados en su seccion transversal en la forma de la envolvente del contorno inicial de una herramienta del tipo de cremallera, que se forma por conjugacion de arcos de circulo, cuando dicho contorno inicial de la herramienta del tipo de cremallera se opera sin deslizamiento a lo largo de circulos de herramienta correspondientes. Los radios de arco de los arcos de circulo del contorno inicial se calculan de acuerdo con relaciones determinadas. Dicha invencion posibilita mejorar las caracteristicas de energia, incrementa la vida de servicio y la productibilidad, y reduce las perdidas hidromecanicas y los costos.
