Abstract

Un sistema de enfriamiento bombea refrigerante a traves de conexiones paralelas a una caja de ciguenal y a un enfriador de recirculacion de gas de escape en un motor de combustion interna con recirculacion de gas de escape (EGR). Un conducto de alimentacion de caja de ciguenal conecta una bomba de refrigerante con un canal de refrigerante formado por la caja de ciguenal. El canal de refrigerante esta conectado a una camara de refrigerante formada por la cabeza de cilindro. Un conducto de alimentacion de enfriador de recirculacion de gas de escape a la bomba de refrigerante. El enfriador de recirculacion de gas de escape esta conectado a la camara de refrigerante. El refrigerante fluye desde la bomba de refrigerante hacia el conducto de alimentacion de caja de ciguenal y hacia el conducto de alimentacion de enfriador de recirculacion de gas de escape esencialmente al mismo tiempo y esencialmente a la misma temperatura. El refrigerante circula desde la bomba de refrigerante a traves del canal de refrigerante en la camara de refrigerante. El refrigerante circula desde la bomba de refrigerante a traves de enfriador de recirculacion de gas de escape en la camara de refrigerante. El refrigerante regresa a la bomba de refrigerante a partir de la camara de refrigerante en la cabeza de cilindro.
