Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con composiciones que comprenden un cromoforo huesped y un cromoforo anfitrion, donde el espectro de absorcion del cromoforo huesped se superpone con el espectro de emision de fluorescencia del cromoforo anfitrion, donde el cromoforo anfitrion es un dicetopirrolopirrol que tiene un pico de absorcion de 500 a 720 nm, preferiblemente de 500 a 600 nm, de manera mas preferida de 520 a 580 nm y en donde el cromoforo huesped es un dicetopirrolopirrol que tiene un pico de absorcion de 500 a 720 nm, preferiblemente de 500 a 600 nm, de manera mas preferida de 520 a 580 nm y su uso para preparacion de tintas, colorantes, plasticos pigmentados para recubrimientos, material de impresion sin impacto, filtros de color, cosmeticos, particulas de tintas polimericas, pigmentos organicos, laseres de tinte y dispositivos electroluminiscentes. Un dispositivo luminiscente que comprende una composicion de acuerdo a la presente invencio es superior en la eficiencia de la utilizacion de la energia electrica y superior en luminancia.
