Abstract
La presente invencion proporciona un arreglo para la deteccion de animales infectados por M. bovis. Un trazador, que comprende un peptido de la proteina MPB70 de M. bovis conjugada con un fluoroforo, es agregado a una muestra de suero de un animal para formar una mezcla. La polarizacion por fluorescencia de la mezcla luego es medida y comparada con la polarizacion por fluorescencia de un control. La presente invencion proporciona ademas un trazador para su uso en el ensayo de polarizacion por fluorescencia para detectar anticuerpos especificos para M. bovis. El trazador comprende un peptido de proteina MPB70 de M. bovis conjugada con un fluoroforo, de tal modo que el trazador sea capaz de aglutinarse a los anticuerpos especificos para M. bovis para producir un cambio detectable en la polarizacion por fluorescencia.
