Abstract
"MéTODO PARA DETECTAR ANIMAIS INFECTADOS COM M. BOVIS, TRAçADOR PARA DETECTAR ANTICORPOS PARA M. BOVIS NO ENSAIO DE POLARIZAçãO DA FLUORESCêNCIA, E, KIT PARA DETECTAR ANTICORPOS PARA M. BOVIS EM UMA AMOSTRA TOMADA DE UM ANIMAL". A presente invenção provê um ensaio para a detecção de animais infectados por M. bovis. Um traçador, compreendendo um peptídeo de proteína MPB70 de M bovis, conjugado a um fluoróforo, é adicionado a uma amostra de soro de um animal para formar uma mistura. A polarização da fluorescência da mistura é então medida e comparada com a polarização da fluorescência de um controle. A presente invenção ainda provê um traçador para uso em ensaio de polarização da fluorescência para detectar anticorpos específicos para M. bovis. O traçador compreende um peptídeo de proteina MPB70 de M bovis conjugado a um fluoróforo, de modo que o traçador é capaz de ligar a anticorpos específicos para M. bovis para produzir uma mudança detectável em polarização da fluorescência.
