Abstract

Un metodo para la medicion de la activacion de los basofilos seguido a la estimulacion con un alergeno, para determinar la hipersensibilidad de ciertas substancias, en el que una muestra de sangre con una adicion de interleucina-3 en una cantidad de 0.05 a 50 ng/ml, en base al volumen de la muestra, y de alergeno apropiadamente diluido en una cantidad de 0.5 a 100 unidades/ml se incuba a la temperatura que corresponde al ambiente fisiologico por un tiempo de 15 a 45 minutos, despues de lo cual un tenido con anticuerpo anti-CD63 en una cantidad de 3 a 30 ¦1/100 ¦1 de sangre y con el anticuerpo contra un receptor superficial del basofilo, en una cantidad de 3 a 30 ¦1/100 ¦1 de sangre, se adicionan a una temperatura de 0 a + 10¦C y la muestra, despues del mezclado formando vortice, se incuba en un bano de hielo por un tiempo de 15 a 30 minutos, y luego se lisa y se somete a citometria de flujo.
