Abstract

Se proporciona un mecanismo de entrecierre para un sistema de transmision que tiene una unidad de engranaje con una pluralidad de relaciones de engranaje que pueden ser seleccionadas. Un pedal de control de embrague operado manualmente puede moverse manualmente desde una posicion enganchada de embrague a una posicion desenganchada de embrague. La transmision tiene un par de carriles de cambio que pueden moverse a las relaciones de engranaje seleccionadas. Los rieles de cambio tienen ranuras de reten las cuales interactuan con un par de bolas de reten. Un miembro de entrecierre esta normalmente en una posicion cerrada en donde el miembro de entrecierre engancha ambas bolas de reten y las detiene en las ranuras de reten para evitar el movimiento de cualquiera o ambos de los carriles de cambio. El miembro de entrecierre puede moverse a una posicion de liberacion en donde el miembro de entrecierre es desenganchado de ambas bolas de reten por lo que las bolas de reten permitiran que uno de los carriles de cambio sea movido. Un resorte de entrecierre es presionado para empujar el miembro de entrecierre a la posicion de cierre. Una articulacion acopla el miembro de entrecierre a un pedal de embrague de manera que el movimiento del miembro de control de embrague completamente a su posicion desenganchada hace que el miembro de entrecierre se mueva a su posicion de liberacion.
