Abstract

Esta invencion se refiere a un metodo para la clarificacion y/o espesamiento de una solucion que contiene solidos, esto es, una lechada, asi corno al aparato para llevar a cabo esto. Usando el metodo y el aparato de la presente invencion, el agente de floculacion que va a ser alimentado dentro del equipo de clarificacion y espesamiento se mezcla de manera uniforme y con una pequena fuerza cortante dentro de la lechada en el pozo de alimentacion del aparato. El pozo de alimentacion esta equipado con un dispositivo de mezclado. La lechada es hecha avanzar desde el pozo de alimentacion de manera uniforme dentro del tanque de clarificacion en el interior de la capa de la corriente de fondo, lo cual hace posible la separacion de una solucion de derrame clara.
