Claims (3)
- 원형 침전지에 있어서,원형 수조(1)가 형성되되, 그 중앙으로는 회전전달부(11)가 입설되고, 회전전달부(11)의 양 방향으로는 레이크 암(12)이 결합되며, 침전조(1)의 바닥부로부터 회전전달부(11)의 내부로는 슬러지 유입관(13)이 입설되고, 회전전달부(11)의 최상단으로는 구동장치(14)가 설치된 본체부(10)와;상기 슬러지 유입관(13)의 끝단과 연통되도록 원통 형태로 설치되되, 연통되는 위치에는 방해판(21)이 설치되며, 중앙부에는 유출공(22)이 연속적으로 설치된 1차 유출장치(20)와;상기 1차 유출장치(20)의 외주부에 원통 형태로 설치되되, 중앙부에는 유출공(31)이 연속적으로 형성되며, 하단으로는 경사판 형태의 가변 플레이트(32)가 설치된 2차 유출장치(30)와;상기 2차 유출장치(30)의 외주부에 상협하광 형태의 고깔 형태로 설치되되, 내주면 나선형 슬릿 플레이트(41)가 형성된 회전 유입정(40)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 원형 침전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,방해판(21)은, 워크 웨이(2) 중앙부에 설치된 응집제 주입장치(23)의 공급관 끝단에 설치되어, 슬러지 유입관(13)을 통해 공급된 미세 슬러지와 응집제가 혼합되어 미세 슬러지의 상호 응집을 증대시키도록 함을 특징으로 하는 원형 침전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,가변 플레이트(32)는 2차 유출장치(30)의 하단에 8방향으로 설치되며, 조절 레버를 조이거나 풀어냄에 따라 경사각을 조절할 수 있도록 구성되어, 2차 유출장치(30)의 유출공(31)을 통해 배출되는 슬러지를 함유한 유입수가 경사각을 타고 배출되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 원형 침전지.
