Abstract
Se describen una sonda de sensor y un metodo para determinar la temperatura, velocidad, y/o fraccion volumetrica liquida de un gas cargado con gotas. En una variacion, la sonda incluye un elemento de calentamiento individual (152) usado en un flujo bien caracterizado. El elemento de calentamiento es mantenido por arriba de la transicion de Leidenfrost para las gotas, el cual evita que los efectos de enfriamiento de las gotas tengan un impacto en la medicion de la temperatura. En otra variacion, la sonda incluye dos o mas elementos de calentamiento (152h, 152c) dispuestos en ambientes de flujo similar. La propiedad de interes se deriva basandose en los principios de la termodinamica y de la transferencia de calor, los cuales no son utilizables junto con dispositivos convencionales. En una variacion, la temperatura es determinada utilizando una funcion de relacion para caracteristicas de dos elementos de calentamiento, mantenidos a dos diferentes temperaturas, junto con la energia necesaria para mantener la temperatura constante en cada elemento, y eliminando la dependencia en otras variables para la determinacion, tal como la velocidad del gas.
