Abstract

En el caso de un soporte del cuello para una silla, la almohadilla para la cabeza (6), esta articulada, via un cojinete de articulacion (5), en un mango guia (4) que se puede desplazar en una barra de retencion (2), que esta articulada en el borde superior del respaldo (1) de la silla via otro cojinete de articulacion (3), la barra de retencion (2) y el mango guia (4) son de diseno rectilineo, dando por resultado la ajustabilidad de altura lineal del soporte del cuello. El cojinete de articulacion inferior (3) y preferiblemente tambien el cojinete de articulacion superior (5) cada uno comprende un cilindro (7) en la barra de retencion (2) y dos cilindros (8, 9) en la parte baja del cojinete (10) o en la placa de union (26), haciendo posible que el primer cilindro (7) gire de una manera controlada entre los dos segundos cilindros (8, 9) via los bloques (13). Particularmente y en combinacion con un respaldo de altura ajustable, el soporte del cuello de acuerdo a la invencion tiene un intervalo de ajuste optimo para la cabeza y cuello del usuario.
